Success Stories

Veterans Care Charity has been fortunate to be a part of the lives of so many wonderful people.

These are only a few samplings of events.

All through out the years, past and present, we work with other charities,
hold and attend events, give out socks, coats, blankets,
hygiene kits, etc. and feed the homeless Veterans!

Veterans Care Charity

All through out the years, past and present, we work with other charities, hold and attend events, give out socks, coats, blankets, hygiene kits, etc. and feed the homeless Veterans!

We help in many other ways also! We have done, and still do, anything and everything, that we possibly can do for our deserving Veterans!

Veterans do so much our Country, it is only right that we do as much as we can for our Veterans!

Letter from the VA thanking us for what we do for the homeless Veterans:

We have worked with the VA Hud/Vash Program at the VA to get referrals to help the homeless Veterans get into housing.  We paid for everything from helping them get ID so they could get into housing, to paying for utilities, and paying their deposits on their new housing.  Anything they needed we paid for it! We have helped so many Veterans and their families get into permanent housing.

Letter from Congresswoman Dina Titus that helped us obtain our Grant:

We received a grant from Clark County to help homeless Veterans get into permanent housing! This has been extremely successful given the limited funding we received. We need MORE funding NOW to continue helping our homeless Veterans get off of the streets and get them into permanent housing as quickly as possible!

Dear Veterans Care Charity,
The Las Vegas Rescue Mission (LVRM) strives to be the model for providing hope and
change for the hungry and homeless men, women, and families in Las Vegas and
Southern Nevada. On behalf of our staff, Board of Directors, and those we serve, we
extend a heartfelt thank you for your generous donation of socks on an annual basis,
which help us to continue our outreach.
Our partnership with Veterans Care Charity is crucial because the socks donated allow
us to provide the next step to warmth, hope, and care to those who need help the most.
The kindness and generosity you share never goes unnoticed and your support of the
services we provide is a huge part of why we get to do what we do!
We look forward to continuing this partnership.

Sincerely,

Heather Williams
